Recognizing existing gaps in accessibility and cultural competency within current training programs, we launched this program to empower everyday entrepreneurs and social change agents in become masters of their message and make a lasting impact for their business, organization or cause.

Depends on the scenario! In-person trainings are our ideal set-up and make for a far more in-depth and interactive experience. This includes multiple on-camera practice interviews to ensure you’re fully absorbing the concepts and tips you’re being trained on. In-person trainings are perfect for the client who is preparing to ramp up their TV / video interview appearances.
However, we are in the digital day and age when even nationally-televised interviews can be taped from the comfort of your home office. Virtual interviews can be a solid alternative for the thought-leader with moderate media interviewing experience who is seeking a more condensed session to brush up on skills in preparation for an upcoming press opp (within the next 30-45 days).
We are flexible and happy to conduct the training at a location most convenient for you! Many clients opt to use the conference room in their own office, though with many people now working remotely that has shifted somewhat. Alternatively, our team can manage booking a location, the details for which are typically shared within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Quality media training is not measured by dollars per hour, but by the incalculable confidence boost you’ll feel after our session, and the inevitable return you’ll experience as you begin nailing your media interviews and catapulting your image and brand forward.
Furthermore, media training is a demonstration of self-investment that taps into the knowledge and expertise of seasoned PR practitioners and reporters who spend hours in research and preparation mode to ensure the sessions are customized to each client, in addition to the training session itself. Our virtual follow-up consultations are included at no extra cost, we don't charge for camera equipment or A/V gear, and we don't expect you to pay for a fancy TV studio.
Both! We have found each training model to be equally rewarding for the trainers (us) and trainees alike. Individual sessions offer the type of direct time and attention that can be particularly useful for those struggling to overcome stage fright and public speaking butterflies; or who simply thrive better in 1:1 coaching or training situations.
Alternatively, joint training sessions can be fun and informative for all involved! Our group workshops are designed to be optimally interactive, featuring engaging and intellectually-stretching exercises and on-camera opportunities that not only strengthen team confidence, capacity, and efficiency, but foster team-and organizational culture-building.
First and foremost, we hope you walk away leaving any imposter syndrome in the dust, and feeling a greater sense of confidence and comfort as an expert of your craft! To support this journey, each client receives a package including training materials, a compilation of their sample video interviews, and a 30-second “elevator pitch” video that can be used to promote their business or brand.
Additionally, our Executive and Premium-level packages include a follow-up virtual “refresher” consult (either two 30-minute or one 60-min) that the client will have access to book within one year of their initial training session. Follow-up consults are also available to virtual clients at our standard hourly rate (inquire within).
For all media training sessions the terms of engagement are as follows:
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your training session. Upon receipt of your fully executed service agreement, an invoice link will be shared to receive payment.
- Depending on the package, clients have the option to remit payments in 2 or 3 three installments. However, the balance must be paid in full before the client can receive any post-training recordings or materials, or book follow-up sessions.
- As a special promotion, we offer clients a 10% discount for paying their full balance upfront upon booking.
